We are excited to see you at HUPO 2025!

Stop by Booth #705

Nautilus Biotechnology is proud to be a Gold Sponsor of HUPO 2025! Come to our lunch seminar, presentation, poster, and booth to learn how we’re redefining proteomics with Iterative Mapping, our novel single-molecule method for quantifying the complete proteome and its many proteoforms. At each event, we’ll hand out clues to our Iterative Mapping scavenger hunt – bring them to our booth (#705) to identify a proteoform and enter for your chance to win a Nintendo® Switch 2TM!

Lunch Seminar

Redefining Proteomics with Single-Molecule Iterative Mapping

Parag Sheri Birgit

Date: Monday, November 10th

Time: 12:15 PM - 1:15 PM

Location: Harbour C, Lunch provided

Speakers:

Parag Mallick, Ph.D., Co-Founder and Chief Scientist, Nautilus Biotechnology

Sheri Wilcox, Ph.D., Vice President of Scientific Engagement, Nautilus Biotechnology

Birgit Schilling, Ph.D., Professor, Buck Institue for Research on Aging

Join us at the Nautilus lunch seminar where we will share how Iterative Mapping is redefining proteomics. This single-molecule method enables complete proteome analysis with precise, sensitive quantification of proteins and proteoforms across the entire proteome. While other technologies focus solely on the number of proteins detected, Iterative Mapping provides in addition, deep information on every protein molecule analyzed. As a result, the method can resolve individual protein and proteoform molecules with unprecedented accuracy and reproducibility. Ultimately these single-molecules are summed to deliver highly quantitative and AI-ready counts of defined proteins and proteoforms.  We’ll share not only our own data showcasing Iterative Mapping’s powerful quantitative performance, but also Birgit Schilling, Professor at the Buck Institute, will share data from her lab using the method to unravel how tau proteoforms shape the biology of aging.
