Nautilus Switch 2TM Contest Rules
- By entering into the Nintendo® Switch 2TM Contest (“Contest”), you are expressly consenting to Nautilus’ retention and use of the information that you have submitted in your entry, and agreeing that Nautilus shall have a valid business purpose for contacting you in the future using such information.
Valid contest entries must be submitted between Sunday, November 9, 2025, and 4:30PM on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 (Toronto, Ontario local time).
- To enter, you must be at least 18 years of age, and a registered attendee for the 24th Annual Human Proteome Organization World Congress held in Toronto, Ontario (“Conference”).
- Nautilus employees, contractors and/or their families are not permitted to enter.
- The winner (“Winner”) of the Contest will be determined by random drawing performed by Nautilus personnel on or after 4:30PM on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 (Toronto, Ontario local time).
- Only one prize (Nintendo® Switch 2TM model BEE-001) (“Prize”) shall be awarded to the single Contest Winner selected by the random drawing.
- The Contest Winner shall be notified by e-mail at the address they provided in their entry, and Nautilus shall ship the Prize to the Winner at an address of their choosing. The Contest Winner shall have 30 days from the date of email notification to claim their Prize or provide Nautilus with a shipping address, after which time the Winner shall have forfeited any claim to the Prize.
- The Contest Prize shall be provided to the Winner “new in box”, and the Contest Winner shall address any and all warranty claims associated with the Prize with the Prize’s manufacturer. Nautilus disclaims any and all liability for any warranty associated with such Prize.
- Nautilus reserves the right to alter, amend or supplement these contest rules as necessary to comply with any local, national or international laws or regulations.
