Analyze AKT1 or EGFR proteoforms on the Voyager™ Platform at no charge

Short description of the grant program - See the functional biology your samples have been hiding - 3 awardees, 12 samples each, AKT1 or EGFR proteoforms

Through the Iterative Mapping Grant Program - Oncology, three researchers will be selected to analyze 12 cell or tissue lysate samples with either our AKT1 or EGFR Proteoforms Assays at no charge. To apply, click the button below and submit a description of a 12-sample project exploring the roles of proteoforms derived from one of these critical signaling proteins. Terms and conditions apply. Applications are due by November 6, 2026. Please reach out to marketing@nautilus.bio with any additional questions.

Stream our HUPO 2026 panel: Will proteoforms change our understanding of biology?

HUPO 2026 attendees listening to Nautilus' HUPO 2026 panelists

At HUPO 2026, we brought together proteomics experts Prof. Birgit Schilling (Buck Institute for Research on Aging), Prof. Bernd Wollscheid (ETH Zürich), and Prof. Jochen Schwenk (KTH Royal Institute of Technology) to answer the question "Will proteoforms change our understanding of biology?" Dive into the blog post and recording linked below to discover why their answer was a resounding "yes," and how they think researchers should approach proteoform analysis.

Watch our latest webinar featuring Taylor Bertucci from the Neural Stem Cell Institute

Proteins on the Nautilus Platform being probed for proteoform analysis.

Taylor Bertucci, Ph.D., Principal Investigator at the Neural Stem Cell Institute, joins Nautilus VP of Scientific Engagement, Sheri Wilcox, Ph.D., to share how the Nautilus Voyager™ Platform and its underlying Iterative Mapping methodology uniquely reveal links between disease phenotypes and distinct protein variants, or proteoforms. Dr. Bertucci's work covers the analysis of tau proteoforms in frontotemporal dementia, and Dr. Wilcox shares how you can use the Voyager in your work today.

See you at the American Society of Human Genetics (ASHG) Annual Meeting!

ASHG 2026 logo

We're thrilled to attend ASHG 2026! At the event, we'll share how the Nautilus Voyager Platform is designed to decode connections between genotype and phenotype to deliver mechanistic insights into biology. Find us at booth 1425 and these posters:

  • Poster 8179W covering tau proteoform analysis work with the Allen Institute.

  • Poster 8172T covering the development of the oncology proteoforms assays.

ICYMI - "Large-scale single-molecule analysis of tau proteoforms" is out in Nature Methods!

Large-scale single-molecule analysis of tau proteoforms Nature Methods screenshot

Our paper covering the large-scale single-molecule analysis of tau proteoforms by Iterative Mapping has been published in Nature Methods. Dive into the paper to discover the single-molecule quantitative power of Iterative Mapping and find preliminary evidence that proteoform analysis can reveal hidden biology in Alzheimer's disease and related dementias. Many thanks to all of our fantastic collaborators and everyone at Nautilus who made this milestone work possible!
